Creator Program Terms
These terms cover the Nurse Singles Creator Program. They are written to be read rather than skipped, because real money changes hands under them. By registering at nurse-singles.com/creators you agree to them. They sit alongside the Nurse Singles Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older.
- The social accounts you register must genuinely be yours.
- You join as an independent contractor. This is not employment, and nothing here creates a partnership, agency or joint venture.
- There is no follower minimum, no fee, no exclusivity and no minimum posting requirement.
2. How commission is earned
A person is attributed to you when they create a Nurse Singles account through your referral link, or by entering your creator code in the app. Attribution is first touch and permanent: once an account is credited to you, no later link or code from anyone else can take it, and equally you cannot take an account already credited to someone else.
A free signup earns nothing. When an attributed user pays for a subscription plan, you earn the commission for that plan, and you earn it again on every renewal for as long as they keep paying:
- Tech — $1.99/mo → $0.25 per month
- College — $4.99/mo → $0.75 per month
- Nurse — $14.99/mo → $3.50 per month
- Doctor — $39.99/mo → $10.00 per month
Commission is calculated on the full list price, before the app store's cut is deducted from our side. There is no cap and no expiry. If a user cancels and later resubscribes, you are still the attributed creator and commission resumes.
3. Holding period, reversals and cancellations
- Commission is held for approximately 30 days before it becomes payable. This covers the window in which app stores routinely issue refunds.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed. In almost every case this happens inside the holding period, so it is deducted before it was ever paid rather than clawed back afterwards.
- If a user simply cancels, commission stops for the following month. Everything you already earned while they were paying remains yours.
4. Getting paid
- Payment is by PayPal, to the address you gave at registration. You are responsible for keeping it current.
- Payouts run on the 15th of each month for commission that has cleared the holding period.
- There is a $50 minimum. Balances below it roll over to the following month rather than expiring. Nothing you have earned is ever forfeited for being too small.
- Any transaction fee charged by PayPal is deducted from the payment.
- Payments are in US dollars. Currency conversion is between you and PayPal.
5. Tax
You are responsible for your own taxes. Commission is self-employment income, not wages, and nothing is withheld. If you are a US person paid more than $600 in a calendar year we are required to report it and will issue a Form 1099, which is why we collect your legal name and address at registration. Outside the US you handle reporting under your own local rules. If the details you gave are wrong or incomplete we may hold payment until they are corrected.
6. Rules you must follow
Never incentivise installs or signups. Do not offer your audience money, discounts, prizes, giveaway entries or anything else in exchange for installing the app or creating an account. App store policies treat that as install manipulation, and the consequences fall on Nurse Singles' store listing rather than on you. The same applies to ratings and reviews: never ask for or reward one. This is the fastest way to be removed from the program.
You also agree not to:
- Use your own link or code on your own account, or on accounts you control.
- Create fake or automated accounts, or buy traffic that is not genuine people.
- Make claims about Nurse Singles that are not true — about features, safety, membership numbers, earnings or anything else.
- Present yourself as an employee, spokesperson or official representative of Nurse Singles.
- Bid on Nurse Singles brand terms in paid search, or run ads that imply you are us.
- Promote the program alongside adult, illegal, hateful or harassing content.
- Use the Nurse Singles name or logo in a way that suggests we produced or endorsed your content beyond the referral relationship itself.
7. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose that your relationship with Nurse Singles is a paid one, on every post carrying your link or code — #ad, #sponsored, or the platform's own paid-partnership label. In the United States this is required by the FTC's endorsement guidelines. It is your legal obligation, and burying it in a comment or the end of a caption does not satisfy it.
8. Your dashboard link
Your dashboard is reached by a private link. That link is the only credential protecting your earnings data, so treat it like a password and do not post or share it. If you lose it, register again with the same email address and a new link will be issued; the old one stops working. We never ask for it, and we will never ask you to send it to us.
9. Privacy of the people you refer
Your dashboard shows initials, dates, plan and status — never names, email addresses, photos or profiles. The people who sign up through your link have not agreed to be identified to you, and Nurse Singles is a dating service where that matters a great deal. You agree not to attempt to identify, contact or single out anyone from the information shown to you, and not to republish it.
10. Suspension, withholding and removal
We may withhold commission on any signup we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, self-referred, incentivised or otherwise obtained in breach of these terms, and may suspend or remove an account from the program for a breach. Where the situation is genuinely ambiguous we will ask before acting. If you think a decision is wrong, email mattressvibrations@gmail.com and a person will look at it.
11. Leaving, and changes to the program
You can leave at any time by emailing us; commission already earned and cleared will still be paid out. We may change these terms or the commission rates, and will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a rate change takes effect. A rate change is never applied retroactively to commission already earned. If we ended the program entirely, we would pay out all cleared balances.
12. Liability
The program is provided as is. Nurse Singles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings from changes to the program, to app store policies, or to social platform rules. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission actually owed to you at the time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms, a payment, or anything else in the program: mattressvibrations@gmail.com.
These terms are written to be clear rather than to be clever, but they are not legal advice and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction. If a great deal of money starts moving through this program, having a solicitor or attorney read them is money well spent.
