Nurse Singles Creator Program

Refer once.
Get paid every month.

Almost every referral program pays you one time and forgets your name. This one pays you again on the same subscriber next month, and the month after that, for as long as they keep their plan. Your audience works in healthcare. This is what you should be sending them.

Signed up

Someone joined through your link. Free accounts earn nothing yet, and we show you that plainly rather than padding the number.

Subscribed

They took a paid plan. Commission starts this month and repeats every month they stay on it.

Cancelled

You see it the moment it happens, so a drop in next month's payment is never a mystery. Everything already earned stays yours.

Initials only, and that is deliberate.

You see initials, dates and plans — never names, emails or profiles. The people you refer are joining a dating app and never agreed to be identified to anyone, so we do not hand their details out. It is the same protection you would want if you were the one signing up.

Why this is different

One signup. Twelve paydays.

Here is the same referred subscriber, run through a normal affiliate deal and run through this one. Same post, same follower, same amount of your effort.

A typical dating app affiliate

$5.00, one time

They pay a bounty when the person signs up, then the relationship is over.

Month 1Month 12

Total after one year$5.00

Nurse Singles Creator Program

$3.50, every month

Commission repeats on every renewal, for as long as that person stays subscribed.

Month 1Month 12

Total after one year$42.00

And it does not reset in January.

There is no cap and no expiry on the commission. A nurse who subscribed because of a story you posted this month is still paying you in month 20, without you posting anything again. The people you refer this year quietly raise the floor on what you earn next year.

Run your own numbers

What this actually pays you

The point of a recurring program is that month twelve looks nothing like month one, for exactly the same amount of work. Put in your own numbers and watch what happens.

New paid subscribers you refer each month
subscribers
a month
Drag the slider or type any number up to 10,000 into the box. This counts people who actually take a paid plan, not followers. Most creators start in the low single digits and build from there.
Which plan they take
Nobody keeps every subscriber forever. This assumes some cancel each month and stop paying you, which is why the honest number is lower than "subscribers times rate times twelve."
Your monthly income by month 12
$301
every month, from work you already did
Month 1$42
Month 6$197
Year one total$2,328
Month 1Month 12

And here is that broken down by plan, at 12 new subscribers a month

Each row answers the same question for one tier: if every subscriber you referred chose this plan, this is what it pays you.

You refer 12 a month, so across a year you send 144 people in total.
90% of them renew each month, so by month 12 86 are still paying you — not all 144.
Every figure below is just people still paying × that plan's rate. On Tech that is 86 × $0.25 = $22 in month 12.
Plan They pay You earnper subscriber Month 112 still paying Month 1286 still paying Year one12 months added up
TechEntry tier $1.99 /mo $0.25 $3.00 $22 $166
CollegeNursing students $4.99 /mo $0.75 $9.00 $65 $499
NurseThe most common plan $14.99 /mo $3.50 $42 $301 $2,328
DoctorTop tier $39.99 /mo $10.00 $120 $861 $6,650

The highlighted row is the one feeding the big number above — pick a different plan and it follows. Real audiences are usually a mix of all four rather than any single one, which is what the Mixed audience option estimates.

An honest note about this calculator. These are projections, not a promise, and your real results depend entirely on your audience and how you post. It assumes you keep referring at the same pace each month and that subscribers cancel at the rate you picked above. It does not assume anybody signs up who would not have. We would rather show you a smaller number you can trust than a big one you cannot.

The rates

What each plan pays you, every single month

Nurse Singles is free to join, so nobody you send has to pay anything. When one of them chooses a paid plan, this is your cut of it — every month, not once.

Plan They pay You earn, monthly Your share You earn if they stay a year
TechEntry tier $1.99 /mo $0.25every month 12.6% $3.00
CollegeNursing students $4.99 /mo $0.75every month 15.0% $9.00
NurseThe most common plan $14.99 /mo $3.50every month 23.3% $42.00
DoctorTop tier $39.99 /mo $10.00every month 25.0% $120.00

Your commission is calculated on the full sticker price.

When somebody subscribes, Google Play takes 15% of that payment before a cent of it reaches us. We do not pass that deduction on to you. A Nurse plan shows $14.99, so you are paid on $14.99, not on what is left after the store. Plenty of programs quietly pay you on "net revenue" and never mention it. Not here.

How it works

Four steps, and one of them is "wait"

Get your link

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Your link and your personal code are generated on the spot — no approval queue, no waiting on an email from someone in marketing.

Post it

Link in bio, story sticker, video caption, newsletter, Discord, wherever your people are. Use it as often as you like on as many platforms as you like.

They join, and they are yours

Anyone who signs up in the web app from your link is credited automatically and permanently — nothing for them to do. First touch wins, so once someone is yours, nobody else's link can take them. The one exception is below.

They subscribe, you get paid

A free signup does not pay yet, and we will always tell you the difference. The month they choose a paid plan, commission starts — and repeats on every renewal after that.

One link — automatic

They tap your link. That is it.

Your link opens the Nurse Singles web app right in their browser, phone or laptop. They sign up there and it is credited to you instantly. They do not enter a code. They do not open Settings. They do not do anything at all. No install, no app store, no friction — which matters when someone is scrolling stories at 3am.

You are paid once they take a paid plan.

Works on every phone

iPhone and Android, same link.

There is nothing to download and no separate link to hand out. The web app runs in Safari, Chrome, and every other mobile browser, so the same address works for your whole audience no matter what they carry.

One link in your bio covers everyone.

You will see both numbers, not just the flattering one.

Your dashboard separates signups from subscribers, because they are not the same thing and pretending otherwise wastes your time. If 300 people joined and 9 subscribed, you should know that, so you can change what you are posting instead of guessing.

Small creators and big ones

You do not need 100,000 followers for this to matter

A nursing student with a small, tight following often converts better than a huge general account, because everyone watching actually works nights. Three illustrations, using the same math as the calculator above at 90% monthly retention.

"Settles at" is where your monthly income levels off if you keep referring at that pace — the point where new subscribers roughly balance the ones who cancel. It is a floor you build once and then stand on.

What you are actually sending them to

An app built around the schedule, not against it

You are going to have to stand behind this to your audience, so it is worth knowing what it is. Nurse Singles is a dating and community app for adult healthcare workers — nurses, students, travel clinicians, doctors, techs, therapists and hospital staff. It is free to start, and nobody has to pay to use it.

The reason it converts with nursing audiences is simple: every other dating app treats a three-twelve night rotation as a scheduling defect. This one is designed around it.

  • Shift-aware matching for days, nights, rotating and PRN, so "when are you free" is not a two-week negotiation.
  • Speed dating rooms with short video intros and mutual consent before anyone can message.
  • Workplace privacy controls — hide from coworkers, your unit, your hospital. This is the feature nurses ask about first.
  • Nurse Hub, a genuine library of guides on dating through burnout, night float, clinicals and travel contracts.
  • A free Shift Date Planner that needs no account at all — the easiest thing you will ever get an audience to click.
  • Public safety, privacy and child-safety standards readable before signup, so you are not vouching blind.
If you are wondering what to post

Six angles that already work

You know your audience better than we do. But if you want a starting point, these are the formats healthcare creators get the most out of — and the first two need no signup at all, which is why they travel so well.

Getting paid

The unglamorous details, up front

Anyone can put big numbers on a page. What tells you whether a program is real is whether it explains the boring parts before you sign up.

PayPal, on the 15th

Commission earned in a month is paid on the 15th of the month after it clears the holding period. You give us your PayPal email at signup and can change it any time.

$50 minimum, and it rolls over

Balances under $50 roll into the next month rather than disappearing. Nothing expires. A $0.25 commission is not worth a bank transfer on its own, but it is still yours.

A 30-day holding period

Commission is held for about 30 days before it becomes payable. Apple and Google refund subscriptions routinely, and this window means a refund gets corrected in the ledger instead of clawed back out of a payment you already spent.

Cancellations stop, they do not reverse

If someone cancels, commission simply stops for the following month. Everything you already earned while they were paying stays yours. A genuine refund is the only thing that reverses a month.

Taxes are yours

This is self-employment income. US creators paid more than $600 in a calendar year get a 1099, so we will need a legal name and address before that point. Outside the US, you handle it locally.

No exclusivity, ever

Promote whoever else you want. There is no lock-in, no content quota, no minimum posting schedule, and you can stop at any time. Commission on people you already referred keeps paying while they stay subscribed.

The rules, in plain English

Do not subscribe through your own link. Do not create accounts to farm signups, buy traffic that is not real people, or promise your audience anything about the app that is not true. Attribution is first touch and permanent, so there is nothing to be gained from trying to overwrite someone else's referral. We reserve the right to withhold commission on fraudulent signups — that rule exists to protect the creators doing this honestly, who are the overwhelming majority.

Two rules that are not negotiable, because they put the app itself at risk. Never offer your audience a reward, giveaway, entry or payment for installing or signing up — Google Play calls that incentivised installs and it is a policy violation that lands on Nurse Singles, not on you. And never ask anyone to leave a rating or review in exchange for anything. Promote the app because it is worth promoting; the commission is yours, not theirs.

You must also disclose that this is a paid relationship — #ad, #sponsored or your platform's own label, clearly, on every post that carries your link. In the US that is an FTC requirement, not a suggestion, and it protects you as much as us. Full detail is in the Creator Program Terms.

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need a minimum follower count?

No. There is no minimum and no application review. A nursing student with 800 engaged followers who all work nights is worth more to this program than a general lifestyle account with 100,000 who do not.

Do I have to be a nurse?

No. Anyone can join. But be realistic about it: this pays per paid subscriber, and the people who subscribe are healthcare workers. If your audience is not in healthcare, your conversion will be low no matter how large it is.

What if someone signs up but never subscribes?

You will see the signup in your dashboard, and it earns nothing on its own. Nurse Singles is free to use, so plenty of people join and never pay — that is normal and expected. If that person upgrades eight months later, you are still credited and commission starts then.

Does the commission ever stop or expire?

There is no cap and no expiry date. It continues for as long as that person keeps paying for a plan. If they cancel, it stops. If they resubscribe later, you are still the attributed creator and it resumes.

What happens if someone gets a refund?

That month's commission is reversed in your ledger. This is exactly what the 30-day holding period is for — in almost every case the refund lands before the money was ever paid out, so you simply never see it rather than owing it back.

Does my link work on phones?

Yes, on every phone, and it is completely automatic. Your link opens the Nurse Singles web app right in their browser — iPhone, Android, tablet or laptop, it makes no difference. If they create their account there, it is credited to you the moment they sign up. They never open Settings, never type a code, and never have to do a single thing.

There is nothing to install, which matters when someone is scrolling stories at 3am. One link in your bio covers your whole audience.

What gets credited is the signup. The commission itself starts when that person takes a paid plan.

Can two creators claim the same person?

No. Attribution is first touch. The first creator whose link or code brought that account in is credited permanently, and later clicks from other creators do not overwrite it. This is deliberate — last-touch systems let big accounts poach the audience smaller creators worked to warm up.

Can I use this on TikTok, YouTube and a newsletter as well as Instagram?

Yes, all of them, with the same link. Just follow each platform's own disclosure rules for paid or affiliate relationships — that is on you, and it is not optional.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing, now or later. There is no fee, no revenue share against you, and no minimum spend. If a referral program ever asks you to pay to join it, that is not a referral program.
