Nurse Singles is an adult dating and community service for healthcare workers, healthcare staff, and nursing students. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nurse Singles. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your account secure.

Healthcare and Workplace Boundaries

Nurse Singles is not a medical care, clinical decision support, emergency, charting, or employer workforce tool. Users must not share patient names, patient photos, medical record numbers, case details, protected health information, employer-confidential information, or anything that violates workplace policy or law.

User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the photos, messages, profile details, posts, reports, and other content you submit. You may not upload naked or sexually explicit images, harass others, impersonate another person, attempt scams, solicit minors, share illegal content, or use the service to harm others.

Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve content and account records when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or service integrity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our safety standards.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Video Minutes

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases may be offered through Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, web billing, or other payment processors. Subscription benefits, renewal timing, cancellation options, refunds, and taxes may depend on the store or processor used for purchase. Video minutes and other virtual items have no cash value and may be subject to limits, expiration, abuse controls, and platform rules.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data using our Account and Data Deletion instructions. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee matches, dates, employment outcomes, partner offers, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nurse Singles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
