Nurse Singles International is a dating and community service for healthcare workers and nursing students. It is not a medical care, clinical decision support, emergency, charting, or employer workforce tool.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, profile information, photos, user-generated posts, chat messages, match and interaction data, subscription status, purchase entitlement information, device identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, approximate location entered by the user, and safety reports.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, show profiles, recommend matches, enable messaging and video introductions, process subscriptions and rewarded ads, provide partner-code and giveback features, support safety tools, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the app, and comply with law.

Third-Party Services

The app uses service providers such as Firebase, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, and Zego Cloud. These providers may process data needed for authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, ads, and real-time video services.

Healthcare and HIPAA Notice

Users must not post or send patient names, medical record numbers, patient photos, case details, protected health information, or employer-confidential information. Nurse Singles International is not intended to receive, store, or process protected health information.

Data Security

We use encrypted connections in transit and Firebase-backed access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and users should avoid sharing sensitive workplace or patient information.

Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the in-app settings flow or by using the instructions on our Account and Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse-prevention reasons.
